Collections start at $2900. Your collection fee is all you are obligated to pay. So you know you'll receive all of the services in your package without any surprises at the end!
Full photographer access & timeline planning
I don't leave you high-and-dry after booking! Throughout your engagement you will be able to contact me, get planning tips, and a pre-wedding meeting to iron out your timeline.
Outstanding photos
Get ready for jaw-dropping photos that will have your friends and family singing their praises! Remember, the photographer you choose will be in charge of how you remember your day... this is no small task!
Timely sneaks & delivery
Within one week a sneak might-make-you-cry wedding slideshow will be posted on my blog. Then your online gallery will be delivered to you via email within 6 weeks. This gallery includes both color and black/white options of your images organized neatly for easy navigation.
Online Print Store
Through your personal gallery, I give you access to the finest photo printing laboratories worldwide. Within a few clicks in your gallery, you (or your family) will be able to order prints, wall art, and gifts that will ship to your your doorstep.

How much does wedding photography cost?
Collection options start at $2900. You'll need to pay a $500 non-refundable retainer fee to book your date. This fee applies to your collection. My packages are all inclusive, meaning you will receive everything listed- no surprises here! Once you inquire, I'll send you an investment guide that covers all of my collection options in depth.
I'm just curious...what goes into the cost of photography?
I totally get it... I've been in your shoes before! Here is the truth - I put a ton of background work and cost into each wedding day. This includes:
Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their preferences, discuss the wedding timeline, and address any specific requests or concerns.
Preparation and Planning: I sometimes scout the wedding venue in advance, plan shot locations, and create a detailed photography schedule for the day.
Client Communication: I keep open lines of communication with the couple before, during, and after the wedding to provide updates, address any concerns, and share sneak peeks.
Equipment Maintenance: I ensure all photography equipment is in proper working order, including cameras, lenses, flashes, and other accessories.
Coordination with Vendors: I collaborate with other wedding vendors, such as planners, videographers, and caterers, to ensure smooth coordination on the day of the event.
Editing and Post-Processing: I spend hours editing and enhancing the captured photos to achieve a polished and professional final product.
Album Design: Create or assist in designing wedding albums, selecting the best images to tell the story of the day.
Marketing and Promotion: I manage social media accounts and online portfolios to showcase work, attract potential clients, and promote the photography business.
Business Administration: I handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, contracts, and scheduling to ensure the smooth operation of the photography business.
Continuous Learning: I stay updated on the trends and techniques in wedding photography through workshops, courses, and networking within the photography community.
Backup and Storage: Implement robust backup systems to safeguard the captured images, ensuring they are preserved in case of any unforeseen issues.
Client Follow-Up: After delivering the final photos, follow up with clients to gather feedback, address any additional requests, and maintain a positive relationship for potential future referrals.
How do you keep our photos safe?
During your wedding day, I dual-write every photo to two camera cards. Then I immediately back up your files to my hard drive system. Even once your photos are delivered via my online gallery system, I still keep an extra backup just in case.
Can I print my own photos?
In short, yes. Nothing is sadder than a photo stuck on a computer. You have two options with Storyweaver Studio. You can easily order an album, prints, wall art items directly from my online store (I guarantee these to be correct) or you can download your images with a print release to print elsewhere.
Are you insured? My venue wants to know.
Yes! I have the appropriate liability insurance to fulfill your venue's requirements. After you book, I can provide you with the document they will need. Easy peasy!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes indeed. I offer every couple their $500 retainer fee + up to four payments spread evenly up until your wedding month. All payments must be settled one week before your wedding or services will not be rendered. Couples who pay in full will receive a $100 discount.
Do you travel?
I love traveling! However, I do limit how far I travel because of my young family. If you are looking to hire me for wedding outside of the Kansas/Nebraska/Missouri area please do contact me for a custom travel quote!
How early should I reach out?
As early as you can! I only take 10 weddings per year, so I can have time to serve my other portrait clients.
